CPR4LIFE USA Course Policies:
Once you register for a course, all of these policies apply to YOU.
Note that these are general policies for ALL courses.
*First Aid CPR AED Instructor Course will have an additional policy listed on the course policy.*
All Blended Learning Courses:
Following the Standards of the American Red Cross and American Heart Association, any course that requires online learning MUST be done prior to a skills (in-person) class.
You will not be seated in the class if it is not completed. No refund/No reschedule.
CANCELATION and NO-SHOW POLICY:
Cancelation: If you choose to cancel your spot in a class, no portion of the fee will be refunded. (No exceptions). You will receive a cancellation email from Salesforce Automation that your spot is canceled.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for the class or are not seated in the class on the scheduled day, no refund or reschedule will be provided. You will receive a cancellation email from Salesforce Automation that your spot is canceled.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
(This policy does not apply if you did not complete the online training for the blended learning courses!)
Please email at info@cpr4lifeusa.com to request a reschedule.
Each student is allowed one reschedule if requested at least 5 days before the originally scheduled course. A $20 reschedule fee must be paid via invoice (PayPal) before we will approve the reschedule.
There must be seats open in the class you want to reschedule into and the course must be held by CPR4LIFE USA (registrations are not transferable between training providers).
REGISTERED FOR WRONG CLASS POLICY:
Please check with your respective employer, human resources point of contact, or college program director or admissions representative, to confirm the correct class BEFORE you register. All course cancelling policies apply once you register. This is your sole responsibility to make sure you are in the correct class before you register.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
ALL Emergencies are at the discretion of the Owner of CPR4LIFE USA and are not guaranteed to be allowed a reschedule or refund.
LATE ARRIVAL:
Our classes start and end on time. For this reason, late arrivals are NOT allowed. You will be considered a no-show once class starts. No refund or reschedule will be provided.
WINTER WEATHER:
When it comes to winter weather conditions, we cannot guarantee road conditions or weather. Rescheduling will not guarantee the weather or road conditions to improve.
We do not cancel our classes unless we are told to do so by MNDOT due to the road closing leading to our training locations.
Please assure you allow extra time to drive to class if you are unsure of road conditions or are unfamiliar with the location.
BEHAVIORAL ISSUES:
CPR4LIFE USA would like to politely remind all students that rude or inappropriate behavior will NOT be tolerated (yelling/screaming, swearing, threats). This also includes any communications made with CPR4LIFE USA (students, staff, instructors, management) including: text messages, voicemails, phone calls, emails or in-person. If you are asked to leave or told you are being inappropriate, you will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you choose to threaten CPR4LIFE USA (students, staff, instructors, management), local law enforcement will be notified!
TRACKING INFORMATION:
When you (student) register for a class, Enrollware (our online enrollment system) tracks date/time when you register. ALL communications (emails, online learning, voicemails, text message, incoming/outgoing calls) are all tracked (date/time). Our voicemail dictates the call into our email as well.
